Eligibility for Return
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
- Product must be in original, undamaged condition.
- Original packaging should be intact where possible.
- Order ID and proof of purchase required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used extensively (more than 30 days of use).
- Damaged items due to misuse or negligence.
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

- Step 2: We'll share the return address and pickup details within 24 hours.
- Step 3: Pack the product securely and hand it over to the pickup agent.
- Step 4: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Refund Method
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet).
- Razorpay processes refunds — timeline: 5-7 business days.
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
